Nertz: Fast, Competitive Multiplayer Solitaire, Free in Your Browser
Solitaire is usually a solo, quiet game. Nertz throws that out entirely — it’s solitaire turned into a fast, chaotic, competitive race against other players.
How it’s different from regular solitaire
Nertz (also known as Nerts, Racing Demon, or Pounce depending on where you learned it) has every player racing to clear their own pile onto a set of shared, constantly-shifting center piles. Whoever empties their pile first — or has the fewest cards left when the round ends — wins. It rewards speed and pattern recognition more than the patient, methodical pace of Klondike.
Nertz supports real multiplayer, whether that’s people on the same local network or players connecting across the internet.
